Lawrence manages and leads Drug Crafters in achieving its primary goals and objectives. He is responsible for overall strategy, as well as revenue performance and growth.
Lawrence’s focus is to provide transparent leadership and expand upon Drug Crafter’s industry leading portfolio, develop opportunity in new markets and to help each individual reach their potential. Lawrence has worked in sales, marketing and leadership roles for over three decades across multiple industries. He lives in the northern Dallas area and enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and with his K9 team of Standard Schnauzers.
Erin Thompson, Pharm D
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & PHARMACIST IN CHARGE
Erin manages the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Drug Crafters. She is solely responsible for the development and execution of all operational strategies.
Her passion for collaboration internally with her team and externally with clients and patients, defines the culture she has created across all departments. Prior to Drug Crafters, Erin spent 7 years working for a national pharmacy chain. Erin received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She lives in the northern Dallas area with her husband and their two children. She loves spending time with her family and friends, sports, outdoor activities and reading.
